Weight loss program includes up to three months of nutrition counseling and weekly weigh-in accountability. Program cost is $250. 
 
Semaglutide and Tirzeptide available exlusively for this program for those who qualify. Semaglutide is the active ingredient is weight loss injections, including Mounjaro, Ozempic, and Wegovy. Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in Zepbound. These medications work by slowing down your digestion and telling your brain you're full. 

Through this program, a several-week supply of Semaglutide is available for $250. Tirzepatide is available for $500. You are responsible for picking it up from the pharmacy and paying for it directly. The program does not make money off the sale of this medication. 
 
Those who qualify for weight loss injections will have the medication administered weekly, on-site as part of the program. An average vial lasts for 12 weeks but this may vary based on the doses needed.
