Kate Gross, FNP-C & Sarah DeLacey, FNP-BC

Kate Gross and Sarah DeLacey are Family Nurse Practitioners who began their professional collaboration in 2023 and expanded to include Health & Beauty services in 2024. This expansion is the realization of Kate Gross' dream to help patients optimize their health through Integrated Wellness services, including customized supplementation, nutrition counseling, guided weight loss, and functional medicine.

Additionally, in the context of their partnerships as Primary Care and Urgent Care providers, Kate and Sarah are responding to patient requests for Beauty Services by becoming certified in these services in order to offer them in-house to Primary Care members. Kate Gross, FNP-C graduated from United States University in San Diego, CA. Originally from New Jersey, Kate enjoys rock climbing, hiking, shooting, and watching her cat get the zoomies. Kate is a US Army Veteran.

Sarah DeLacey, FNP-BC graduated from Simmons University in Boston, MA. Born and raised in Reno, Sarah enjoys reading, teaching, editing her many websites, and enjoying her extremely full household.
